At top-performing health care organizations with the lowest rates of burnout, physicians and other health care professionals have a voice and they are empowered to enact change with conscious leadership skills. By nature, conscious leadership is authentic, recalibrating, and best learned through dialogue, self-reflection and collaboration. It can remind you why you chose a helping profession to begin with and light the way back to a deeper engagement with your work.
