A Sustainable Approach to Managing Your Energy & Influencing Change in the Era of Burnout

Your Conscious Leadership Journey Starts Here

Course Summary & Program Objectives

At top-performing health care organizations with the lowest rates of burnout, physicians and other health care professionals have a voice and they are empowered to enact change with conscious leadership skills.  By nature, conscious leadership is authentic, recalibrating, and best learned through dialogue, self-reflection and collaboration.  It can remind you why you chose a helping profession to begin with and light the way back to a deeper engagement with your work.

This program will help you:

  • Learn conscious leadership principles to apply to self and systems
  • Gain tools to enact meaningful change when you're NOT the CEO, CMO, or CNO
  • Grow agility while enhancing resiliency
  • Identify personal meaning and purpose within work
  • Create a personal sustainability plan

Target Audience: Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Psychologists, Pharmacists, Social Workers and Nurses.
